Hello! I’m Dr. Charlotte Grahame.

My journey in psychology began with a deep-rooted desire to help others, leading me to study at the University of Portsmouth, where I gained hands-on experience in mental health settings.

 

I later completed a Master’s in Clinical Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire and earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Sheffield.

I offer individual therapy for young people and adults, using an integrative approach to ensure that support is tailored to your personal journey. Therapy can help with:

Online: £100 per session
In-person (Hertfordshire): £120 per session

Post-Diagnostic Support for Autism

I offer tailored post-diagnostic support, working collaboratively to explore strengths, communication styles, and sensory experiences. Support can include:

✅ Personalised workbooks to better understand autism
✅ Parental sessions to help families navigate a diagnosis
✅ Practical guidance on self-advocacy and daily challenges

Session Prices:

Online: £100 per session
In-person (Hertfordshire): £120 per session

Block of 3 post-diagnostic support sessions Online: £280
In-person (Hertfordshire): £320
